1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients. Shape into 1" balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten slightly with fork. Bake 12-15 minutes. Yield: 2 dozen
*Note: There is NO flour in this recipe.

I just made these last night & they seemed crumbly. I used splenda, don't know if that's the difference. Maybe they need another egg or a splash of milk?
